Add an Image Cropper to your Weebly site

Including an image cropper within your Weebly website enables users to refine their images prior to uploading, removing the need for post-upload modifications. Each image upload nicely fits your requirements saving you time fixing images on the backend.

Installing CropGuide

To get started we first need to create a CropGuide account

Log in to CropGuide and add your domain to the control panel.

The control panel will generate a unique script for your domain similar to the one shown below:

With your CropGuide account created let’s log in to the Weebly admin and select your site.

1. Click Edit site

2. Select the page you want to add CropGuide to.

3. Drag the </> Embed Code element to the page.

4. Click Click to set custom HTML

5. Click Edit Custom HTML

6. Copy the CropGuide script for your domain to the field.

7. Click outside of the field to confirm.

8. Click Publish

That's it! CropGuide will now load and transform images when they're added to a file upload field on your Weebly page.

You can adjust the behavior of CropGuide in the control panel for your domain, or you can set custom instructions per field.
